What file formats do you accept? +

We accept all formats — RAW (CR2, NEF, ARW), JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, AI, and ZIP archives. No restrictions on file size or type.

How do I send large files? +

You can attach files directly in our form (no size limit), or use Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. We confirm the preferred method after you submit your enquiry.

How many revisions are included? +

All orders at proretouchingstudio include unlimited revisions. We won't close a job until you love the result.

Do you offer rush delivery? +

Yes! Rush delivery (6–12 hours) is available for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability and pricing for your deadline.

Is my data and images kept confidential? +

Absolutely. We sign NDAs on request and never share, sell, or publish your images without written permission. Your files are always safe.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, and Wise. Payment is due on delivery for new clients, net-30 for established accounts.
